Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational workflows with global distributors across various regions
• Develop business cases for process improvement and manage initiatives from planning to implementation
• Define data sharing requirements and collaborate with IT and other teams to execute these requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, channel operations, or sales operations
• Experience with complex operational workflows and measurable results
• Understanding of 2-tier resell channels and distributor interactions
• Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and D365 systems
