Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager for the US (East Coast-based).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategies and analyze sales data to drive performance improvement
- Support accurate forecasting and manage regional sales performance reporting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational excellence and streamline processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools
- Experience in building partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
