A company is looking for a Head of Sales Operations for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team and drive strategic planning
  • Establish operational rigor around forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI definition
  • Own and optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems with a focus on automation and scalability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • 4 years of people management experience leading operational teams
  • Strong experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in a high-growth environment
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems
