Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales & Customer Experience Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational infrastructure of the sales process and manage sales automation workflows
- Design and maintain customer onboarding workflows and manage renewal and expansion processes
- Partner with leadership to design compensation plans and maintain performance reporting dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations
- Expertise in HubSpot with advanced CRM administration experience
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Clay or Claude
- Strong analytics capability with proficiency in BI tools like Metabase or Mixpanel
- Proven ability to design customer health scoring and renewal workflows in a SaaS environment
