Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales & Customer Experience Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the operational infrastructure of the sales process and manage sales automation workflows
  • Design and maintain customer onboarding workflows and manage renewal and expansion processes
  • Partner with leadership to design compensation plans and maintain performance reporting dashboards


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations
  • Expertise in HubSpot with advanced CRM administration experience
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Clay or Claude
  • Strong analytics capability with proficiency in BI tools like Metabase or Mixpanel
  • Proven ability to design customer health scoring and renewal workflows in a SaaS environment
