Job Summary

Sales Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing compensation administration, and enhancing reporting systems to support the operations of the Supplemental Insurance Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize sales processes and operational workflows across distribution channels
  • Manage sales compensation administration, including commission tracking and reporting
  • Build and maintain sales reporting and performance metrics to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics
  • Experience managing reporting and CRM systems that support sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
