Job Summary
Sales Operations Manager, responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Sales and Customer Success teams in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and analyze full-funnel performance and monitor key performance metrics
- Build and maintain forecasting models and support planning processes
- Develop executive-facing dashboards and translate data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or GTM Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
- Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics and forecasting models
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify risks and performance opportunities
