Job Summary

Focused on optimizing customer journeys, the full-time remote Sales & Customer Experience Operations Manager will manage systems, processes, and analytics that enhance performance across sales pipeline management, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the operational infrastructure of the sales process, including pipeline management and CRM governance in HubSpot
  • Design and maintain automated workflows for customer onboarding and renewal processes, ensuring smooth transitions and customer-centric operations
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to develop and administer compensation plans that align with revenue goals
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations with end-to-end ownership of GTM systems
  • Expertise in HubSpot and advanced CRM administration, including pipeline configuration and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows using tools like Clay or Claude
  • Proficiency with data enrichment tools and multi-system integration management
  • Strong analytics capability with experience in BI tools such as Metabase or Mixpanel
