Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Operations Manager, this full-time role will oversee and optimize systems, processes, and tools to enhance the performance of the global sales team, focusing on contract management, CRM ownership, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract processes from drafting to approval, ensuring visibility and coordination across teams
  • Optimize Salesforce and other sales tools for data accuracy and efficient workflows, while delivering regular reporting on KPIs and sales performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales enablement, process improvement, and technology implementation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Deep experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales enablement tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and project management skills
