Job Summary
Driving operational excellence for the Strategic Accounts segment, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will manage sales operations support, enhance pipeline quality, and improve forecasting processes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day sales operations support, ensuring process adherence and issue resolution for Strategic Accounts
- Analyze seller performance and pipeline metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and improve quote turnaround times
Required qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience in promotional products, marketing services, or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and reporting/dashboard tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Understanding of pricing structures and quoting workflows in a complex commercial environment
