Job Summary

Owning and driving conversion performance across the full sales funnel, the full-time remote Sales & Brokerage Enablement Manager will design structured experiments, manage pipeline health, and collaborate with sales, brokerage, and marketing teams to implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish performance benchmarks and drive improvements for key sales conversion stages
  • Monitor pipeline health and coordinate corrective actions for at-risk leads across teams
  • Design and execute structured tests to enhance sales performance and document results for scaling
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or brokerage operations in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Follow Up Boss, and reporting tools like Looker
  • Experience in designing and running structured tests to improve conversion metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Background in real estate brokerage, iBuyer, or proptech environments is a plus
