Job Summary

Driving conversion performance across the full sales funnel, the full-time remote Sales & Brokerage Enablement Manager will own key sales stages, manage pipeline health, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own key sales conversion stages, establishing benchmarks and driving quarterly improvements
  • Monitor pipeline health, identifying at-risk leads and coordinating corrective actions with sales and brokerage teams
  • Design and execute structured tests to improve funnel performance, documenting results and scaling successful approaches
Required qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or brokerage operations in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage sales funnel
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Follow Up Boss, and reporting tools such as Looker
  • Experience designing and running structured tests to enhance sales performance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present findings to senior stakeholders
