Job Summary
Collaborating with sales and cross-functional leadership, the remote Sales Operations Manager will implement strategies to enhance the Enterprise Sales team's effectiveness, streamline processes, and lead a team of coordinators and analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to empower the Enterprise Sales team, allowing them to focus more on field activities
- Define and refine processes for managing incoming requests and minimizing friction points that affect revenue generation
- Lead initiatives to improve the sales representative experience by identifying pain points and implementing effective solutions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a sales support or deal strategy role, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
- Significant experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving complex, cross-functional execution
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem
