Job Summary
To support the scaling of systems and processes, the remote Sales Operations Manager will collaborate with Account Executives, refine sales intake processes, and develop solutions to enhance sales team effectiveness while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to implement strategies that increase field time for the Enterprise Sales team
- Refine processes for intaking and prioritizing requests to streamline the sales pipeline
- Identify and address pain points for sales representatives to improve their daily effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in a Sales Operations role or similar growth/operations roles in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university; business, finance, economics, or engineering focus is a plus
- Experience in Lead to Cash systems and business processes
