Job Summary
As the Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the design and execution of sales compensation plans, oversee sales forecasting processes, and build analytics frameworks to enhance performance measurement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement annual and mid-year Sales Incentive Compensation Plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Finance
- Own and optimize the sales forecasting process, ensuring accountability and consistency across regional sales teams
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key SaaS metrics and provide proactive insights for performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Finance, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or HubSpot, with a focus on forecasting and reporting
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and compensation simulations
- Experience with forecasting tools such as Clari or Gong and ICM software like CaptivateIQ or Xactly is a strong plus
- Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is highly preferred
