Job Summary
Focusing on enhancing the partner motion, the remote Sales Operations Manager will manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives, optimize sales efficiency, and provide tactical support to partner managers and sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to recommend and manage initiatives that drive revenue through partnerships
- Diagnose and address sales system inefficiencies, delivering solutions to improve partnership effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create a best-in-class operations environment while managing sales tech stack and support requests
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, particularly in Partner Operations within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of partner sales dynamics, including resellers and referral partners
- Proven project management skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Prior experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Hubspot
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
