Job Summary

Owning and optimizing CRM data hygiene and reporting, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will enhance sales efficiency by managing systems and processes while collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Optimize CRM data hygiene, workflows, and reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health and sales KPIs
  • Drive process improvements across the sales cycle and support QBR preparation
Required qualifications
  • 7-12 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and ideally BI tools
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
