Job Summary
Partnering with sales leadership, the full-time hybrid Sales Operations Manager will identify performance opportunities, provide data-driven insights, and enhance operational workflows to support business growth in the Fort Lauderdale area.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance opportunities and support strategic initiatives that improve sales outcomes
- Own sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis across various metrics to drive measurable improvements
- Evaluate and redesign operational workflows, implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function supporting a sales organization
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in identifying trends and translating data into actionable business decisions
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office applications, with a quick learning ability for new systems
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and building scalable workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives with strong communication and collaboration skills
