Job Summary

To support the sales organization, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure accurate forecasting and planning while leveraging a strong analytical background in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive sales forecasting accuracy and evaluate pipeline health, conversion trends, and deal risks
  • Build revenue models and run scenario analysis to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Create dashboards for KPIs and performance trends, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
