Job Summary

Hands-on and people-oriented, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will partner with sales leaders to enhance team effectiveness by improving processes, ensuring pipeline hygiene, and facilitating training, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a dedicated operational partner to sales managers, participating in pipeline reviews and team meetings to identify and address challenges
  • Own and enforce pipeline hygiene standards, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Document sales processes and create training materials, leading sessions to ensure reps are well-equipped to meet expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a similar role with direct sales team interaction
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with sales personnel and leaders
  • Strong skills in process documentation and improvement, capable of simplifying complex workflows
  • Experience managing pipeline hygiene and conducting reviews in a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions and coaching sales representatives on processes and tools
