Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the remote Sales Operations Manager will manage processes, tools, and reporting, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies while enhancing data accuracy and performance forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Map and improve sales processes to enhance team efficiency and adoption of new practices
- Own forecasting and performance reporting, providing leadership with clear insights on pipeline and account performance
- Manage account assignments and sales compensation plans to ensure balanced workloads and motivate team performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role with ownership of processes and outcomes
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including report building and workflow management
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
