Job Summary

To support the operational backbone of the US and Europe/UK sales organizations, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will manage Salesforce optimization, build regional dashboards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce for US and EUK sales teams, ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Build and manage pipeline, forecast, and KPI dashboards in BI tools to provide unified reporting for sales leaders
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the sales process, identifying friction points and embedding learnings into documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English with excellent writing skills
  • Experience in managing sales operations across multiple regions, preferably US and EMEA/UK
  • Proven track record in applying continuous improvement methodologies to sales processes
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including multi-currency and multi-territory configuration
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Superset) for building executive-ready dashboards
