Job Summary

Providing critical leadership in Sales Operations and Commercial Project Management, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will support strategic planning, deliver data-driven insights, and execute complex projects while collaborating with commercial leadership to drive successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze historical data and pipeline activity to project future revenue and identify key market opportunities
  • Refine Sales processes for efficiency and lead the planning and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage the annual incentive compensation plan lifecycle and ensure alignment with Sales objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations within the MedTech industry
  • Strong commercial business analysis and project management experience
  • Proven ability to optimize Sales processes and deliver data-driven decision support
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
