Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership for frontline B2C sales operations, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will manage day-to-day sales processes, optimize performance, and ensure CRM integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and optimize B2C sales operations to align with revenue targets and business priorities
  • Establish operational standards and workflows to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Analyze performance trends and metrics to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance
  • Strong CRM expertise, with HubSpot preferred
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
