Job Summary
To support a growing SaaS organization, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will manage key revenue operations functions, including Salesforce administration, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics while partnering closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Operations by managing pipeline health, forecasting processes, territory planning, quota management, and revenue reporting
- Partner with the CRO to provide executive reporting, business insights, and operational support for planning and board preparation
- Own and optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and user adoption
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ownership of the full Sales Ops function, including Salesforce, forecasting, quotas, and territories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building forecasts and executive-level business insights
- Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve data quality
