Job Summary

To support a growing public sector practice, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will manage cross-functional partnerships, prepare forecasts and reports, and recommend process improvements while working remotely, preferably from the greater Washington, DC area.

Key responsibilities
  • Serving as the trusted Operations partner to Public Sector senior leaders, providing insight and strategic support to improve performance
  • Leading core sales operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections
  • Identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve data quality across the sales process
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth software company in the US federal market
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of modern revenue technology ecosystems
  • Experience translating business challenges into scalable operational solutions and measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve business challenges
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
