Job Summary
To support a growing public sector practice, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will manage cross-functional partnerships, prepare forecasts and reports, and recommend process improvements while working remotely, preferably from the greater Washington, DC area.
Key responsibilities
- Serving as the trusted Operations partner to Public Sector senior leaders, providing insight and strategic support to improve performance
- Leading core sales operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspections
- Identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve data quality across the sales process
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth software company in the US federal market
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of modern revenue technology ecosystems
- Experience translating business challenges into scalable operational solutions and measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve business challenges
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
