Job Summary

To drive B2B revenue growth, the full-time remote Sales Operations Manager will design and implement sales workflows, manage HubSpot systems, and optimize tools for prospecting and pipeline insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end, including data model, pipeline stages, and reporting
  • Implement and optimize call recording and conversation intelligence tools
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, and LinkedIn tools
  • Experience building AI-enabled workflows in sales processes
  • Proven ability to architect systems or processes from a loose brief
  • Technical mindset with comfort in data, integrations, and automation
