Job Summary
Driving sales effectiveness and operational excellence, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will partner with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and product teams to manage CRM governance, sales analytics, and process optimization in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize CRM configuration, data quality, and process flows
- Drive accurate sales forecasting and develop sales dashboards and performance reports
- Standardize sales processes and support sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding and training
Required qualifications:
- 4-7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics in a B2B environment
- Proven experience administering a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI or Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
