Job Summary
Driving the operational engine of the revenue organization, the full-time salaried Principal Sales Operations Manager will manage sales processes, support reps with operational inquiries, and oversee post-sale workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive adoption and enforcement of sales processes and best practices across the revenue organization
- Own the operational rhythm of pipeline review calls, ensuring data accuracy and tracking follow-through on action items
- Serve as the first point of contact for sales reps and managers regarding process questions and operational support
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce for data management and reporting
- Experience with variable compensation mechanics and ability to explain them to others
- Detail-oriented and self-organized with strong interpersonal credibility
- Familiarity with sales compensation, support, and customer onboarding platforms such as SPIFF, Zendesk, and Rocketlane
