Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate II Sales Support (Sales Operations Onboarding) to manage customer onboarding and support processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate DOWC and DOWCRe formation processes and manage customer relationships throughout implementation
  • Evaluate customer feedback, provide training, and ensure new business requests are accurate and complete
  • Support dealer launches, manage exception requests, and serve as a subject matter expert for training and process education
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service, Relationship Management, or Asset Protection experience in Sales Support
  • Associate degree or equivalent job experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology including CRM systems and customer-facing web platforms
  • Flexibility to travel for occasional dealer launches
