Job Summary
Supporting the sales organization, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Partner will focus on data analysis, Salesforce optimization, and reporting to enhance pipeline efficiency and maintain data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Improve sales processes to increase pipeline efficiency and conversion
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline
- Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and sales performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce reporting
- Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline management processes
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong and Power BI
