Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end compensation strategy and design for Sales, including performance metrics and incentive structures
- Lead scenario modeling and decision-making to evaluate tradeoffs and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure compensation plans are well-designed and effectively executed
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical/strategy role
- Demonstrated experience owning compensation design end-to-end
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions in high-stakes environments
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with experience using data to inform decisions
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and compensation design principles
