Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of sales compensation programs, the full-time remote Sales Operations Principal will partner with Sales, Finance, and executive stakeholders to design incentive structures and ensure scalable, data-driven compensation systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategy and design for Sales, aligning with business goals
  • Lead scenario modeling and provide recommendations to senior leadership based on tradeoffs among cost, risk, and incentives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure effective execution of compensation plans across various teams
Required qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical/strategy role
  • Proven track record of owning compensation design end-to-end
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and compensation design principles
