Sales Operations Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its Salesforce platform and CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enhancements aligned with business goals
• Manage the Salesforce production environment, including configuration, releases, and performance monitoring
• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce Administrators and Data Analysts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM product management, sales operations, or related roles
• Experience managing Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms
• Experience supervising technical or analytical team members
• Working knowledge of data governance, access control frameworks, and compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA
• Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
