Job Summary
Accountable for the end-to-end sales workflow within Salesforce CRM, the full-time remote Sales Operations Product Manager will manage strategy, execution, and user experience while leading a team to optimize sales processes and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle and performance of defined end-to-end sales workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Create and communicate the workflow strategy and vision, aligning it with corporate priorities and delivering measurable business value
- Establish and manage a roadmap for product enhancements, balancing competing demands and making prioritization decisions based on business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Management, or Salesforce platform ownership
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud, with preferred knowledge of CPQ and analytics
- Proven ability to translate executive strategy into actionable product roadmaps
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
