Job Summary
Accountable for the end-to-end sales workflow within Salesforce CRM, the full-time Sales Operations Product Manager will optimize sales processes, align strategies with corporate priorities, and lead a team to enhance user experience globally.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle and performance of defined sales workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Develop and communicate the E2E workflow strategy, aligning it with corporate goals and delivering measurable business value
- Lead a team of Business Process Analysts and SMEs to manage user feedback, prioritize enhancements, and support project execution
Required qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Management, or Salesforce platform ownership
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud
- Proven ability to translate executive strategy into actionable product roadmaps
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
