Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce for Sales Operations, ensuring accurate CRM data and operational dashboards
• Support Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring compliant booking of sales transactions and resolving blockers
• Create user-friendly documentation and deliver training on tools and processes for sales enablement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Experience with quoting workflows and deal management processes
• Strong analytical skills for building reports and interpreting data
• Program and project management experience with a successful track record
