Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Sales Operations Program Manager will own the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact commercial and Sales Operations programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate executive goals into program charters with clear scope, success metrics, and timelines
  • Lead core program teams and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to define program KPIs and track organizational goals
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Program/Project Management, or Strategy in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs from concept through execution
  • Strong program management skills, including charters, roadmaps, and governance routines
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex information
  • Comfort working with data and financial metrics relevant to sales operations
