Job Summary
Supporting strategic business initiatives, the contract Sales Operations Project Coordinator will manage CRM data integrity, lead system migration efforts, and implement workflow automation solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate system migration and business process improvement initiatives across multiple departments
- Manage CRM data integrity efforts, including auditing, cleansing, and maintaining Salesforce records
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions using AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or a related function
- Advanced Salesforce experience, including CRM administration and data management
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale data audits and migrations
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools or workflow automation platforms
