Sales Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting sales enablement and revenue operations initiatives, the remote contract Sales Operations Project Manager will manage multiple projects focused on process optimization, documentation, and project management over a six-month engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts for various sales enablement and operations projects, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Gong
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track initiatives from inception to completion
• Document and analyze current workflows to identify improvement areas and develop comprehensive process documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Over 5 years of experience in process documentation and project management
• Proven experience in creating process documentation, RACIs, and SOPs in dynamic environments
• Strong skills in process modeling, workflow mapping, and operational analysis
• Familiarity with automation, AI, and connecting people, processes, and technology for operational improvements
