Job Summary
Working remotely and requiring residency in PST or MST, the full-time Sales Operations Representative will collaborate with outside sales representatives to grow existing customer relationships, generate new sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information
- Accurately process customer transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns
- Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale and educate customers on product features and benefits
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry
- Experience with international sales purchase orders
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
