Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to optimize business performance and drive operational changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the regional Sales Strategy & Operations lead, managing execution including forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Own and execute the annual planning cycle for the region, ensuring execution excellence across planning and performance cycles
  • Drive optimal regional performance by monitoring business health and providing actionable insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning
  • Experience building executive-ready reporting and insights using BI tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
