Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the regional Sales Strategy & Operations lead, managing execution including forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Own and execute the annual planning cycle for the region, ensuring execution excellence across planning and performance cycles
- Drive optimal regional performance by monitoring business health and providing actionable insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning
- Experience building executive-ready reporting and insights using BI tools like Tableau or CRM Analytics
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
