Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to support operational functions for the Producer Licensing and Appointment Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Manage producer off-boarding requests and deliver routine data reports
• Support departmental projects and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic
• General knowledge of the Producer/Broker role in selling products
