Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting applications for field sales leadership
  • Partner with Commercial Operations to support patient identification strategies and create patient opportunity assessments
  • Design and manage incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Sales Operations and/or Commercial Analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva)
  • Experience supporting field sales teams and collaborating with field leadership
  • Solid understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical data sets (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy)
