Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting applications for field sales leadership
- Partner with Commercial Operations to support patient identification strategies and create patient opportunity assessments
- Design and manage incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech Sales Operations and/or Commercial Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva)
- Experience supporting field sales teams and collaborating with field leadership
- Solid understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical data sets (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy)
