Job Summary

Leading operational oversight for outsourced Sales call centers, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Senior Manager will manage a team focused on performance management, partner accountability, and continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Call Center & Distribution Support function for Individual Dental, ensuring effective operations across internal teams and outsourced partners
• Manage and coach Sales and Distribution Support professionals, focusing on operational reporting, SOP development, and performance management
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, strengthen SOP documentation, and improve consistency across teams and partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, health care, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, call center operations, or vendor management
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing operational support teams
• Experience managing outsourced call center relationships with a focus on KPI management and performance improvement
• Strong process improvement background with experience in developing SOPs and operational practices
