Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve reporting on sales and account performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, including CRM and sales automation tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools; familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Experience utilizing and/or implementing GTM AI-based tools is a plus
