Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transaction documentation and closing process for Finance transactions
  • Interact with sales, finance, and banking teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes for finance transactions

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in loan documentation with expertise in due diligence and perfection processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient knowledge of loan structures and documentation requirements
  • Working knowledge of bank accounting/boarding systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
