Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction documentation and closing process for Finance transactions
- Interact with sales, finance, and banking teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes for finance transactions
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in loan documentation with expertise in due diligence and perfection processes
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of loan structures and documentation requirements
- Working knowledge of bank accounting/boarding systems
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
