Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Team through various pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding and maintain documentation
  • Update Salesforce.com with lead and account information
  • Produce bid proposals and negotiate customer contracts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with B2B contract negotiations is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with third-party billing and supplier credentialing portals is a plus
