Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Team through various pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and maintain documentation
- Update Salesforce.com with lead and account information
- Produce bid proposals and negotiate customer contracts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Experience with B2B contract negotiations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with third-party billing and supplier credentialing portals is a plus
