Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support business development and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM/Power BI data, ensuring data integrity and generating reports
- Support marketing and business development initiatives by tracking campaign activity and maintaining resources
- Assist with mergers and acquisition alignment, including onboarding and training for new team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience in a broker agency or insurance sector marketing is preferred
- Experience in data management and working with large volumes of customer data
- Previous CRM experience (D365, Applied Epic, Salesforce) is required
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Expertise in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and WordPress is preferred
