Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance sales performance and productivity through effective training and resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales content, ensuring it is accurate and accessible
  • Design and deliver training programs for the sales team on sales automation tools
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement technologies and CRM data
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations in a B2B environment
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital marketing operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and experience with marketing automation solutions
  • Expertise in creating sales materials using PowerPoint
