Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM tools, maintain clean data, and automate workflows
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for sales metrics and campaigns
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in virtual assistant, sales operations, or project coordination roles
  • Technically savvy with strong command of Google Workspace
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage workflows and data
  • Ability to learn and apply AI tools and automation platforms quickly
  • Proactive and highly organized with strong project management skills
