- Oversee Sales Administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and campaign support
- Manage CRM tools, maintain clean data, and automate workflows
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for sales metrics and campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in virtual assistant, sales operations, or project coordination roles
- Technically savvy with strong command of Google Workspace
- Experience using CRM systems to manage workflows and data
- Ability to learn and apply AI tools and automation platforms quickly
- Proactive and highly organized with strong project management skills
